R1-190 Single Family Residential - 190,000 sq. ft. per lot
R1-130 Single Family Residential - 130,000 sq. ft per lot
R1-18 Single Family Residential - 18,000 sq. ft per lot
R1-7 Single Family Residential - 7,000 sq. ft. per lot
R-2 Two Family Residential
R-3 Multifamily Residential, Restricted
R-4 Townhouse Residential
R-4R Resort District
R-5 Multiple Family Residential
M-H Manufactured Home District
Commercial Districts: S-R, C-S, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, SS, C-O, PCoC, PNC, PRC, D, PBD, P
Industrial Districts: I-G, I-P
Mixed Use Districts: PCD, PCP
Supplementary Districts: P=Parking Districts, W-P=Western Theme Parks, H-P+Historic Property, ESL=Environmentally Sensitive Lands
Note: Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the various districts as shown on a district map, the following rules apply:
A. The district boundaries are either street lines or alley lines unless otherwise shown
B. When the district boundaries are not otherwise indicated and where the property has been or may hereafter be divided into blocks and lots, the lot lines shall be construed to be the boundaries of the district unless otherwise shown
C. In subdivided property, the district boundary lines shall be determined by use of the scale appearing on the map
Sec. 4.801 Zoning in newly annexed areas:
Unincorporated areas annexed by the City of Scottsdale shall retain Maricopa County zoning until such time as city zoning is adopted by the city council. City zoning shall be adopted as soon as practical within six months from the effective date of the annexation. |
